NextStone™ Product Sample Order Form

Would you like to see an actual sample of our product? If you live close to a local dealer, we encourage you to visit them in person to view our entire product line.

If there are no dealers in your area, we do offer product samples for $17 (credit cards accepted).

We currently support two different ordering methods for customers in the United States:

Call us at 866-371-8232 (toll free) between 9am and 5pm Mountain time to place your order
or Complete the form below and someone will call you within 2 business days to confirm your order and collect your payment.

Your sample package will contain one piece of a panel approximately 10" x 12" (Rock Face) or 4" x 10" (Dry Stack) in size, in the color(s) of your choice.

Samples are $10 each, plus $7 shipping/handling per package. i.e. one sample is $17 total, two samples are $27 total.
